» First, measure yourself and use the size chart to determine your size.

» If one of your measurements is on the borderline between two sizes, order the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

» If the measurements of your hips and waist fit to two different  sizes, choose the one indicated by your hip measurement.
