How much is cargo charges?
€30 - include import duties, custom fees and taxes and will be delivered with no extra costs to you.
Which cargo company shall be used for my order?
Les Benjamins ships worldwide using DHL Express delivery.
Orders are shipped from LESBENJAMINS.COM in Istanbul, Turkey between Monday and Friday from 9:00 am– 13:00 pm (EET). Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning. Les Benjamins shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of Les Benjamins.
When can I receive my order?
Your orders shall be delivered to the cargo company within 1-3 work days and shall reach you within 1 to 5 days in average. Since our estimated delivery period is calculated over business days, weekends and official holidays are not included in the indicated period. Between these periods, your orders are delivered to the cargo company on the first business day.
How can I follow up my order?
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. We provide tracking numbers contained within the shipment notification email when your order leaves our fulfillment centre, and maintain a tracking number for each delivery. What should I do if my order is delivered while I am out?
If you are not at the given address, then your order shall be delivered to the nearest DHL or UPS office and an information note will be left for you. You are required to receive your package from the indicated branch within 3 days. Otherwise, your order shall be returned to Les Benjamins. If you desire your order to be reshipped, then the cargo charges shall be demanded again and your order shall be reshipped to you as cash on delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
PRODUCT CHANGE AND RETURN POLICY I WANT TO CHANGE THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can send your product back with DHL (worldwide) The product shall be evaluated by the authorities and your replacement product will be sent to you by cargo within 24 hours, if it is available in the stocks. If the product is not available in the stocks, your payment will be refunded. The product you desire to
change should be sent together with its original invoice and the filled form. Change can be made only over the color and size options of
the same product.
Please note that if, for any reason, customer refuses the delivery of the parcel or returns the package, shipping costs related to the automatic return of the parcel will be charged to the customer. The shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
I WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can send your product back with DHL (worldwide) by filling the
return form within 14 days as of the date you receive the product. When your demand reaches us, it shall be evaluated by the authorities,
and you will be notified by an e-mail when your return is realized. You should send the product you desire to return, together with its
original invoice and the filled return form to Les Benjamins return address, as full, unused, and without any damage on the package.
If the product invoice is corporate, you are required to send back the product together with a return invoice issued as Product Unit Price
+ VAT by the corporation for the return procedure, without the inclusion of the cargo share. The return procedures of the products, for
which the invoices are issued to the names of the corporations, cannot be completed if the return invoice is not issued.
IN HOW MANY DAYS CAN I CHANGE AND RETURN THE PRODUCTS I BOUGHT?
You can return/change your product within 14 days as of the moment you receive it, by following the return/change procedure.
HOW CAN I CHANGE THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT, IF IT IS DEFECTIVE?
Les Benjamins applies quality control to all the products in order to minimize your dissatisfaction. But still if you encounter such a problem, you can demand the refund of the payment or change of the product.
WHEN WILL THE PAYMENT OF THE PRODUCTS I RETURN BE EFFECTED?
First it is controlled whether the product you return complies with the return conditions. An information e-mail shall be sent to you stating that money refund is effected with respect to the orders for which return procedure is approved and the price of the product shall be efunded to your credit card through which you made the payment. The term for reflection of your refund in your bank statement varies as based on your bank. In case there is delay in reflection of your refund transaction to your credit card, you can get detailed information
from your bank..
