LES BENJAMINS X FUTURA 2000
Les Benjamins, the forward-thinking Istanbul-based streetwear label, unveils its latest collaboration with iconic American artist Futura. This project is a continuation of the Les Benjamins Japan initiative, further exploring the intersection of traditional craftsmanship and modern design through a global lens.
At the core of the collection is a bold reinterpretation of İznik tiles—an essential element of Turkish visual heritage. These intricate patterns are seamlessly translated into apparel and a limited run of exclusive skateboards, bridging the past with the present in an elevated, collectible format. The collection reflects the brand’s dedication to cultural storytelling, artistic innovation, and creating wearable pieces that resonate with both fashion and art communities.
The collaboration debuts at BRED Abu Dhabi, where a two-day book signing event with Futura will offer fans and collectors a rare opportunity to engage with the artist in person. The collection officially drops on April 23rd at BRED Abu Dhabi, with in-store and online availability beginning April 24th.
Futura, a pioneer in abstract street art since the 1970s, brings decades of cultural impact to the project. Known for pushing the boundaries of graffiti and for his collaborations with renowned global institutions and creatives, Futura’s involvement adds significant artistic weight to the release. His previous work with the Les Benjamins Japan project—honoring 100 years of Japan–Turkey diplomacy—set the tone for this new creative journey.
Together, Bünyamin Aydın and Futura continue to challenge the limits of design, crafting pieces that honor heritage while looking forward. This collection is more than just fashion—it’s a statement of timeless artistry and cross-cultural connection.
